Advertiser Requirements
As an Advertiser on SOSComplete!, you are required to comply with the following in order to sell Digital Products via the SOSComplete! network. Your presence on, and use of the SOSComplete! network indicate that You agree that:
- You shall develop, be responsible for, and liable for: (a) a "Sales Page" which correctly and clearly describes said Digital Product; and (2) a "Thank You Page" through which buyers will immediately receive the Digital Product or through which buyers will receive clear and correct instruction on how and when they will receive the Digital Product.
- You shall provide a valid, functional email address to which Buyers or SOSComplete! can send inquiries and receive a reply by the end of the following business day. Buyers and SOSComplete! must also be able to reach a non-automated response within one business day.
- You shall provide adequate technical support technical support instruction on your website for all Digital Products which You sell via SOSComplete!. Service must be in English, in addition to all other languages in which the Digital Products are offered at Your individual website. Your technical support must be consistent with the best industry practices and standards.
- All Digital Products and promotions must be 100% compliant with Your country's laws, in addition to United States state and federal laws, including but not limited to, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission regulation, policies and guidelines governing advertising, disclosure, and consumer protection. It is recommended that you review materials available at www.ftc.gov, and become familiar with the applicable regulations.
