Accounting Policy of SOSComplete!

Payment Term and Pay Period End Time

Accounts will receive payment via  AlertPay (Worldwide) or Direct Deposit (USA and Canada).  We choose to pay via AlertPay due to the fact that it operates in 190+ countries and 21 currencies worldwide. You can sign up for an AlertPay account for free here. You will receive payment once per week ("Net 7 Days" hereinafter referred to as the "Payment Term"). Pay Periods end at 12:00 a.m., Eastern Time, every Monday.

Payment of "10 For 10 Program" Bonuses

Bonuses under the "10 For 10 Program" will be paid in the third (3rd) month following the month in which they were earned. For example, if a bonus was earned by an Affiliate under the "10 For 10 Program" for the month of May, the bonus will be paid out in August of that year. This allows returned and revoked sales from the subject month, (in this examply May) to accurately be factored in when determining Affiliate qualification under the "10 For 10 Program", as well as company-wide profits.

Payment Distribution

Weekly payments are always sent on the Monday, two weeks after the end of the corresponding period. For example, if your Pay Period ends on a Monday which falls on the 7th day of the month, your payment for that period will be distributed to you on the Monday which falls on the 21st day of that month. Remember, there is a 10% "Return Allowance" (see below), which will be held from each payment for a period of 12 weeks.

AlertPay Payment (Worldwide)

Please note that in order to receive payment via AlertPay, you will first need an AlertPay Account. If you do not have an AlertPay Account, you can easily create one at www.alertpay.com. The maximum AlertPay payment which can be sent to you in one transaction is $49,999 USD. Payments via AlertPay should show up in your AlertPay account on the same day which they were sent.  You will be responsible for any fee which AlertPay charges to your account.

 

Direct Deposit (USA and Canada)

Currently, we are only able to offer Direct Deposit to our affiliates with accounts which can be verified in the USA and Canada. In order to qualify for payment via Direct Deposit, you must first receive two payments to your verified AlertPay account. This is required for security purposes. Please realize that a Direct Deposit may take 1-2 business days to reach your account. Nonetheless, it is common for payments to show up on the same day which they are sent.

Wire Payment (Worldwide)

For SOSComplete! Affiliate, Super Affiliate, and Advertiser accounts with a payment amount of $50,000 (USD) or above, we offer a direct wire payment into your bank account. You are responsible for any fees which Your bank may charge for receiving a wire transfer. SOSComplete! will pay the costs which our bank charges us for sending any wire in the amount of $50,000 (USD) or above. Any number of SOSComplete! accounts can be included in a single wire. Funds will only be sent in U.S. Dollars. If you qualify for payment by wire, and would like to send us a wire request, please e-mail us at Customer Service, and type "Wire Payment" in the subject line.

 

Payment Change Deadlines (Billing Preferences)

All changes to the "Billing Preferences", including section of your account, including address, payment terms, payment method, and payee changes, must be made prior to the applicable pay period deadline for each pay period.

Payment Threshold

Before we make a payment to you from your SOSComplete! account, your account must first meet the "Payment Threshold". The Payment Threshold is $25 USD. We will hold your payment until your payable balance reaches this amount. A pay period processing charge of $2.50 is deducted from each payment we issue.

Buyer Variation Requirement

SOSComplete! will withhold payment of any account balance until the following criteria are met:

  1. Sales made with five (5) or more credit card numbers; and
  2. Sales made with two unique payment methods (ie. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express).
*Please note that payment with an AlertPay account does not count towards the five (5) unique credit card number requirement.
SOSComplete! has implemented this policy in order to deter and help prevent Affiliates from attempting to abuse the SOSComplete! network and affiliate program by using their own accounts to purchase Digital Products for purposes of deviously receiving a rebate in the form of Affiliate commission.

After the Buyer Variation Requirement has been satisfied, you will begin receiving payments in accordance with this Accounting Policy, beginning on the next scheduled payment date.

SOSComplete! Wholesale and Retail Pricing

All products sold on SOSComplete! are Digital Products. When an Advertiser creates a Digital Product to add to our network, the Advertiser recommends a retail price. The lowest price SOSComplete! will sell a one-time payment product for is $3.99. The lowest price which SOSComplete! will sell a recurring billing product for is also $3.99 for initial purchases, and $6.99 for rebills.

When an Advertiser submits a Digital Product for addition to our network, SOSComplete! defines the maximum retail price for the Digital Product, taking the recommended retail price into consideration.

At the time a Buyer purchases a Digital Product which an Advertiser has added to our network, the Digital Product is first purchased from Advertiser by SOSComplete! at the wholesale price, then resold to Buyer by SOSComplete! at the retail price.

The wholesale price which SOSComplete! pays to Advertisers for a one-time payment product and initial purchases of recurring billing products is 92.5% of the retail price, less $1.00 USD. Further, SOSComplete! purchases the rebill of a subscription item from the Advertiser at 91% of the retail price.

If a sales was generated by an Affiliate, the wholesale amount is dispersed between Affiliate and Advertiser in accordance with the commission percentage set by the Advertiser. The corresponding amounts are distributed to the accounts of the Affiliate and Advertiser at the time of sale.

As required, SOSComplete! collects and remits the European Union Value Added Tax ("EU VAT"), and any other required applicable tax.

Currencies

SOSComplete! processes sales in the following currencies:

All transactions are applied to your account in United States Dollars ("USD"). For Digital Products priced in United States Dollars, the amount applied to your account will always be based upon the USD price. The currency which the Buyer chooses to purchase in does not affect the USD amount applied to your account. For Digital Products priced in currencies other than United States Dollars, transactions are converted to USD and applied to your account using an exchange rate aquired by SOSComplete! from our foreign currency partners at the point of sale. This exchange rate is updated once per day. Revokes and Returns will utilize the exchange rate which was calculated at the original point of sale. SOSComplete!'s determination of any exchange rate is final.

 

Returned Sales

SOSComplete! is committed to quality service and customer satisfaction. As a result, SOSComplete! may grant a return of a Digital Product in accordance with our Returns and Cancellation Policy. When a return is approved, the Buyer is fully refunded, and payouts from that sale are debited from the corresponding Affiliate and Advertiser accounts.

Revoked Sales

A purchase has been revoked, or charged back, when the Buyer's bank retroactively claims that the sale was not funded, not authorized, or fraudulent. Such negative transactions create expenses for SOSComplete!, in addition to harming our network's reputation. In the event of a chargeback, the corresponding Advertiser's account will be charged $15 USD. In the case of an Advertiser who has excessive chargebacks, SOSComplete! reserves the right to charge up to $90 USD if an Advertiser's account generates in excess of 1% chargebacks in any ninety (90) day period. Furthermore, payouts from that sale will be debited from corresponding Affiliate and Advertiser accounts.

Debit Backdating

For accounting purposes, accepted returns and revoked sales are backdated to the period in which the original sale was made.

Return Allowance

In order to manage accepted returns, revoked sales, and quality issue which may arise with Digital Products you advertise or promote, SOSComplete! withholds 10% of each payment made to your account, SOSComplete! reserves the right to adjust your return allowance at any time.for a period of twelve (12) weeks. After each twelve (12) week period, the funds are credited back to your account, provided they are in excess of any returns and/or revocations.

Determination of Affiliate

An Affiliate who corresponds to any sale on SOSComplete! is determined by tracking devices which we have put in place. Any determination made by our tracking devices are final, and not subject to appeal. While we believe our tracking devices to be accurate and fair, we make no warranties as to the ability of our tracking devices to track any specific customer, for any specific period of time.

Closure of Account

You are under no obligation to maintain your account, and may close it at any time. Any closing balance under $25 USD will be forfeited. To close your account, please contact us at Customer Service, with the Subject "Account Closure".

Dormant Accounts

Accounts which have a positive balance, but no earning for a period of ninety (90) days will be considered dormant. Dormant accounts will be subject to a charge of $1 USD per payment period, $5 per payment period for accounts with no activity after one-hundred eighty (180) days, and $15 per payment period for accounts with no activity after three-hundred sixty-five (365) days with no earnings. For purposes of this section, the most frequent payment period (weekly) will govern the dormant account charge.

Returned Direct Deposits, AlertPay Payments, and Wire Payments

Payments which are sent via Direct Deposit, AlertPay, or Wire, which are returned to SOSComplete! due to either invalid banking information, or inaccurate AlertPay account information, will be re-sent to you only after you send the correct information to us.  We will  make you aware of any problems via the e-mail address which you have provided in your account. In order to correct the inaccurate Wire, Direct Deposit, or AlertPay, information, please e-mail us at Customer Service with the Subject, "Returned Payment". In the email, please provide your login email address, the pay period end date for which the payment was returned, and the amount which was returned.

Tax ID Number Requirement for U.S. Based Affiliates Earning Over $600 USD

Affiliate accounts based in the United States which have earnings over $600 USD are required to have a Tax ID Number of some kind associated with their account. While you may use your Social Security Number, you may also obtain and use an IRS issued Employer Identification Number (EIN). You can get one for free here. It is a very quick and painless process.

Please note that if you have an account based in the United States, which has earnings approaching or over $600 USD, we will need you to either fax or e-mail a completed IRS W-9 Form. Failure to do so may result am interruption in payments from your account.

Also, if you are utilizing a United States address, but are a beneficiary of a foreign country, you will instead need to fax or email a completed IRS W-8BEN Form.

Legal Limitations

This document does not constitute a warranty. For more details, please consult to SOSComplete! Client Agreement, which governs this Accounting Policy, and of which this Accounting Policy is a fully incorporated part.

You Agree and Acknowledge

You expressly agree and acknowledge that the terms and conditions of this Accounting Policy have been incorporated into the SOSComplete! Client Agreement. In addition, you expressly assert and acknowledge that you have read this Accounting Policy, and agree to comply with, and be bound by all of its terms and conditions, as a prerequisite to creating and maintaining an account with SOSComplete!. If at any time you do not agree with any part of this Accounting Policy, your sole remedy and recourse is to cease any further use of the SOSComplete! network, and terminate your account. In such an event, You expressly agree that any activity which transpired prior to the date of such termination shall be governed fully by this Accounting Policy.
