The SOSComplete! Return and Cancellation Policy

Our return policy for all products purchased through SOSComplete! is as follows:

• SOSComplete!, at its sole discretion, will permit the return or replacement of any product within thirty (30) days from its original purchase date.
• For recurring billing products, returns will be granted at the sole discretion of SOSComplete!, for the initial purchase price only within thirty (30) days from its original purchase date, unless the return is made within the first fourteen (14) days of the first recurring debit. In this instance, both the initial purchase price, and the first recurring billing will be credited back to the Buyer.

Returns and Cancellations Explained

When initially contacted by a Buyer who expresses dissatisfaction with a Digital Product which they have purchased through SOSComplete!, our first objective is to identify the source of dissatisfaction. Usually the Buyer is simply in need of technical support or customer service. In this instance, we will guide the Buyer in the right direction so that they will receive the assistance which they need.

However, situations also arise when the customer asserts that the Digital Product is completely unsatisfactory, and not as expected. In such situations, a return or cancellation may be processed.

If a Buyer requests a return within thirty (30) days from the purchase of the Digital Product, the money from the original purchase is returned to the Buyer. In this instance, all payouts and commissions will be debited from the accounts of the corresponding Advertiser, and Affiliate/Super Affiliate.

If a Buyer requests a return of a recurring billing product, the original purchase amount will be returned provided that the request was made within thirty (30) days of its original purchase. If the request is made beyond thirty (30) days, and the Buyer has been billed on the first recurring billing, that first recurring billing will be refunded to the Buyer provided that the request was made within fourteen (14) days of the first recurring billing. None of the future billings are refundable.

Nonetheless, if a Buyer requests a cancellation of their recurring billing product, their account will no longer be billed in the future. Cancellation of an account will not create a return, rather it will only stop any future rebilling.

SOSComplete! Return Policy Beyond 30 Days

Any Buyer requesting a return beyond the thirty (30) day period will be forwarded to the Advertiser for technical support, or customer service. Any Advertiser may request a return, on behalf of the Buyer, for up to sixty (60) days after the date of the Buyer's purchase on SOSComplete!.

Specifics of the SOSComplete! Return Policy

Returns will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase on SOSComplete!. If the original account no longer exists due to closure, the purchase is not eligible for return.

When a return is granted, the Buyer receives a full refund. All payouts and commissions will be debited from the accounts of the corresponding Advertiser, and Affiliate/Super Affiliate.

Advertisers are not permitted to make any return policy claims, or guarantees which are not in strict accordance with those of SOSComplete!. If anyone should come across any product on the SOSComplete! network, which conflicts with the return policy as it is stated in this section, please contact us so that Buyers are not mislead.

Reasons For Granting A Refund

Part of the mission of SOSComplete!, is to ensure that customers are happy after making a purchase on our network. We do this by providing quality products and excellent customer service. To remain consistent with our mission of customer satisfaction, SOSComplete! reserves the right to reverse a sale, including, but not limited to the following:

• If a Buyer requests a return within thirty (30) days of purchase after providing a valid reason for the return;
• If a Buyer requests a return of a recurring billing within fourteen (14) days of the first rebilling;
• If the Advertiser of the Digital Product requests a return on the Buyer's behalf within sixty (60) days of purchase providing that there is valid reason for the return.
• If the customer provides validation that the transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent;
• For any reason SOSComplete! considers just and equitable.

Abuse of Return Policy

Customers who are found to excessively request returns may have those returns requests rejected, and be blocked from making future purchases.

Attention SOSComplete! Clients

The SOSComplete! return and cancellation policy stated in this section, is part of, and incorporated within the SOSComplete! Client Agreement. As a condition of registering with SOSComplete!, and using the SOSComplete! network, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Return and Cancellation Policy, and you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions expressed within. If at anytime you disagree with this Return and Cancellation Policy or any part of it, your sole recourse and remedy is to cease use of the SOSComplete! network, and terminate your account. However, please note that any transactions which took place prior to such date of termination shall be fully governed and controlled by the terms contained in this Return and Cancellation Policy.
