As an Advertiser on SOSComplete!, you are required to comply with the following in order to sell Digital Products via the SOSComplete! network. Your presence on, and use of the SOSComplete! network indicate that You agree that:

1. All Digital Products must be authentic or conversely appropriately licensed and non-infringing content which is digitally delivered (via webpages, downloadable files, or email delivery). While immediate delivery is highly preferred, all products must be delivered within twenty-four (24) of purchase. If Your Digital Product cannot satisfy this requirement, You must receive a written exemption from an authorized SOSComplete! representative.

2. As a courtesy only, in addition to the requirements of Section One (1), you may also offer shipped delivery of media (CD's, DVD's, and book) provided that the shipped media is purely complementary, and not required for the operation of the originally downloaded Digital Product. The complementary nature must be clearly explained to the customer. See Federal Trade Commission Policy, Advertising and Marketing on the Internet.

3. You fully understand that SOSComplete! may require that You include additional guidelines and disclaimers for specified Digital Product categories. You also agree to accept the requirement of these guidelines and additional disclosures, if Your Digital Product(s) fall within those categories in order to be permitted to sell those Digital Products sold through the SOSComplete! network. For purposes of complete clarity, You fully acknowledge that You expressly agree to comply with this requirement as a condition of registration in accordance with the SOSComplete! Client Agreement.

4. SOSComplete! expressly prohibits the following types of products:

(a) Unlicensed or unauthorized intellectual property;

 

(b) Any Digital Product which, in the sole discretion of SOSComplete! and/or

its agents, promotes the unauthorized transfer of copyrighted media, such as

music, videos, movies, and games;

 

(c) Spyware;

 

(d) Current Debts and/or Promissory Notes;

 

(e) Digital Cash;

 

(f) Spending Accounts;

 

(g) Money Transfers;

 

(h) Gift Certificates;

 

(i) Coupon, Rebates, and Vouchers;

 

(j) Securities, Stocks, and Bonds;

 

(h) Deeds or Titles;

 

(i) Lottery Tickets or Sweepstakes;

 

(j) Fantasy Sports, Wagers or Wagering Pools, Gambling or Betting of Any Kind;

 

(k) Pornographic Material of Any Kind;

 

(l) Warez;

 

(m) Pirated Software, Pirated Access to Software, or Pirating Tools;

 

(n) Hacking Tools;

 

(o) Http/tcp Proxies, irc/ircd, Bnc, Eggdrop, Socks4/5;

 

(p) Remote Bots;

 

(q) Shell Accounts;

 

(r) Dial-Ups or Dial-Ins;

 

(s) Phone Service, Phone Minutes, Mobile Messaging, or Mobile SMS;

 

(t) Auto-Posters or Spamming Devices;

 

(u) Fake IDs or Fake ID Tools;

 

(v) Credit Repair;

 

(w) Professional Services, Including But Not Limited To, Legal, Medical,

Pharmaceutical, and Accounting Services;

 

(x) Social Security Number (hereinafter referred to as "SSN") Searches,

SSN Lookups, and SSN Verification;

 

(y) Term Papers or Any Other Original Academic Works;

 

(z) Anonymous Proxies, or Proxy Lists;

 

(a)(i) Password, Email Address, and Postal Address Lists;

 

(b)(i) Hotel, Flight, and Travel Reservations;

 

(c)(i) Seminar, Concert, or Other Event Tickets or Vouchers;

 

(d)(i) Event Registrations;

 

(e)(i) Franchises or Franchise Opportunities;

 

(f)(i) Multi-level Membership (including but not limited to, MLM, matrix, wheel,

cylinder, downline, upline, chain, pyramid, cash gifting, 1-Up, 2-Up, 3-UP,

Reverse 1-Up, Reverse 2-Up, Reverse 3-Up) or Any Other Digital Product Which

Has No Appreciable Value To The Buyer Other Than The Potential For Resale or

Recruitment;

 

(g)(i) Digital Products Regarding Marketing Through Craigslist, Backpage, Kijiji,

or Social Networking Sites Which Are Contrary To The Social Networking Site's Terms of Use;

 

(h)(i) Any Materials Which Contain, Endorse or Encourage Discrimination,

Sexism, Violence, Hatred, Revenge, Racism, Victimization, Past, Present,

or Future Criminal Activity; and

 

(i)(i) Anything or Category Which SOSComplete! Decides to Prohibit.

 

 

ATTENTION:

Offering any of the aforementioned prohibited Digital Products may result in

the immediate suspension, and/or termination of all of Your SOSComplete!

Digital Products, including non-violating Digital Products, and the forfeiture

of any account balance owed by SOSComplete!.
