DMCA Compliance Procedures
SOSComplete! will take every step to ensure that we are in full complaince with the requirements set forth by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (hereinafter referred to as "DMCA"). Consequently, if any Product, or Promotion (collectively known as "Digital Product") violates a valid copyright, SOSComplete! may remove or restrict access to subject Digital Product upon receipt of a legitimate, complete "DMCA complaint" (hereinafter know as "Takedown Notice").
Submitting a Takedown Notice:
- The words "DMCA COMPLAINT - TAKEDOWN NOTICE" must be placed prominently at the top of your correspondence;
- A detailed account of the copyrighted work(s), or other intellectual property(s) [hereinafter referred to as "IP(s)"] You claim has/have/is been/being infringed;
- Denotation of the specific Digital Product which You allege infringes upon Your rights and adequate information to allow SOSComplete! to identify and locate the specific infringing Digital Product(s). The DMCA only authorizes SOSComplete! to remove or restrict access to the specific infringing Digital Product(s). We do not have authority to broadly disable access to non-infringing Digital Products;
- The following statements or their equivalent:
6. A physical or electronic signature of an authorized party to act on behalf of the owner of the right which is allegedly or has allegedly being/been violated or infringed, and the current date.
To file a DMCA complaint with SOSComplete!, You must sent correspondence via certified, registered or electronic mail to to the attention of SOSComplete!'s designated representative, the Copyright Agent at the following:

ATTENTION: The submission of any false or materially misleading Takedown Notice may constitute perjury, and subject you to the penalties of such. Prior to filing a Takedown Notice it is recommended that you consult with an attorney.
Once SOSComplete! has received a legitimate, complete Takedown Notice, SOSComplete! will (i) remove or restrict access to the specific allegedly infringing Digital Product identified in the Takedown Notice, and (ii) take reasonable steps to contact the Advertiser, Affiliate, or Super Affiliate producing such Digital Product.
Submitting a Counter-Notice:
In the event that SOSComplete! removes or restricts access to Your Digital Product in response to a Takedown Notice, You may request that SOSComplete! restore Your Digital Material by providing a counter-notification (hereinafter referred to as "Counter-Notice") to the Copyright Agent. The Counter-Notice must contain the following:
- Clear and accurate identification of the Digital Product and the location at which the Digital Product was previously displayed or available before removal or restriction;
- A statement that You possess a goodfaith belief that the Digital Product was removed or restricted as a result of an error or misidentification of the Digital Product;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, accompanied by a statement that You consent to the juristiction of the federal court in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a statement that You will accept service of process from the 3rd party who provided the Takedown Notice;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of Your Counter-Notice, SOSComplete! shall send a copy of Your Counter-Notice to the original complainant, and inform said party that SOSComplete! shall replace or restore access to Your Digital Product within no less than ten (10) but no more than fourteen (14) days, unless SOSComplete! receives official notice from the original complainant that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain You from restoring the Digital Product.
ATTENTION:
None of the aforementioned shall have the effect of restricting SOSComplete!'s ability or right to remove or restrict access to any Digital Product which SOSComplete! unilaterally and its sole discretion determines is in violation or infringement of any right of any 3rd party, including, but not limited to, any IP Right.
